Every Fieldmark evaluation starts with a person: someone reads your request, sets up your workspace, and stays reachable for the 30 days. A Fieldmark plan buys our team's time and expertise, and a trial period lets you evaluate us.
You are evaluating the real software, not a cut-down trial version. Records you make during the evaluation are yours, and you can export them at any time.
What happens next
- Send us an email. No questionnaire, and no payment details.
- We invite you within two business days. We read your enquiry, set up a team workspace, and email you a team administrator invitation, with links to the app, notebook templates for inspiration, and the Fieldmark documentation, including a quickstart tutorial.
- You have 30 days. Bring your team into the workspace, design a notebook or adapt a template, take it into the field, and export your records.
- Next steps. At the end of the evaluation, continue by invoice, or leave and take your data with you.

Write to [email protected] and tell us your organisation, who would use it, and, if you like, a line about your fieldwork. The button opens a message with those prompts already in it.
If the button does nothing, write to [email protected]. Either way someone will respond within two business days. If nothing has arrived by then, please check your spam folder.
Questions about evaluating
What do I need?
A phone, tablet, or laptop, and the Fieldmark app from Google Play or the App Store if you want to collect data on a device. You can do much of the evaluation in a browser on a computer or a mobile device.
Is this the real system?
Yes. An evaluation may run on a demonstration system, but it will have all the capabilities of the production server, so what works during the evaluation works afterwards. Data on the demonstration server is not backed up or retained indefinitely.
Can my team join?
Yes. You get a team workspace and an administrator account, so you can invite colleagues to the team yourself.
What happens to our data if we do not continue?
Export it before the evaluation ends, from the notebook's Export tab. Evaluation data is kept for 30 days after the evaluation expires and is then deleted; it leaves our backups as they expire, within 12 months. If you need the export window extended, ask us before the 30 days are up.
What does it cost afterwards?
Individual and Team prices are published in full on the pricing page, monthly and annual, in AUD. Payment is by invoice, annual in advance or monthly for individual and team accounts, and purchase orders are accepted. Enterprise is scoped in conversation.
We are outside Australia. Can we still evaluate?
Yes. We have international users, and an Enterprise deployment can be placed in the DigitalOcean region you prefer.
